Chiang Mai celadon is a form of ceramic art originating from the Thai city of the same name. It is characterized by its jade green color, achieved by adding iron oxide to the glaze. This glazing technique was introduced to Thailand by Chinese artisans during the Yuan dynasty. Chiang Mai celadon is renowned for its quality and beauty, and it has become a symbol of Thai craftsmanship.
