The creation of TALADYA GALLERY was initiated by Patrick CHARRIAUT. Patrick was active almost all his life in the Art world as a collector but also as an agent for many galleries in the United States. Currently retired, he has been residing at Taladya Homestay for 5 years. With his wife Nathalie, he takes great pleasure in meeting talented Thai artists. His opinion is that Thai contemporary Art deserves to be spread in the West for its great value and its originality. Taladya Galllery's project is to reveal hidden talents, by opening a door to them internationally, to bring them a comfort of life and a deserved recognition. End of October; TALADYA GALLERY will be able to highlight a selection of artists in an auction sale specially dedicated to Thai artists. Thai Art will have its exclusivity during an international sale: This sale is supported by MDP AUCTIONS; present in France and Switzerland. MDP AUCTIONS is in partnership with DROUOT DIGITAL which annually posts more than 3000 catalogues online and nearly a million lots, with an estimated value of 900 million euros, of which 75% are eligible for Live bidding and 15% for Online bidding.

The 240 partner auction houses, mainly established in Paris and in the provinces, but also in Brussels, Geneva, Monte Carlo, Lisbon, Jerusalem, Vienna or Montreal, cover all specialities: furniture and objets d'art from all periods and styles, but also collectibles, wines and spirits, watches and jewellery, books and manuscripts… The record results for an online sale that exceeds 600 000 euros.
